From Survey to First Charge

Load Assessment

We review your existing consumer unit and confirm available capacity for a dedicated EV circuit — no guesswork, just a clear picture before any work begins.

Dedicated Circuit Install

A dedicated 32 A or 40 A circuit is run from your consumer unit to the garage or car port using fully armoured, weatherproof cable.

Charger Mounting

Your wall-box or tethered unit is mounted, wired, and earthed to IEC 61851 / BS 7671 standards — the same specifications used across the UK and EU.

Test & Commission

Full insulation resistance test, RCD trip check, and a live charge cycle confirm the installation is safe and ready. You receive a test certificate on the day.

Our chargers are compatible with all EVs sold in Sri Lanka, including Toyota, BYD, MG, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, and BMW. All installations use standard Type 2 connectors (IEC 62196).

In most cases, no. Residential EV charger installations in Sri Lanka do not require planning permission as long as they are mounted on private property. Our team handles all necessary electrical sign-off documentation.

A 32 A circuit supports standard 7.4 kW AC charging — suitable for most home EVs. A 40 A circuit is recommended for vehicles with higher on-board charger ratings or if you plan to upgrade to a faster charger in the future.
